Can I cancel my order?

We totally understand, we're changing our minds too! Once an order is placed, it can be canceled from the order confirmation link or from your customer account.

If the item(s) are not to your liking, be sure to exchange it for a style you prefer or return it for a refund.

Dacă comanda a fost plătită online cu cardul, restituirea se va face automat în momentul în care comanda este anulată. Timpul de restituire este controlat 100% de procesatorul de plăți. Timpul de restituire poate să varieze între 2 și 10 zile.

How can I exchange a product?

You must request the return of the order online through the form on the website and we will take care of the rest.

The product/size/color desired for exchange must be mentioned in the return form.

What are the shipping fees?

The cost of shipping is 16 lei.


Shipping is FREE if the total value of the purchase exceeds 300 lei.

What is the delivery policy?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our team has received your order. Once your order is complete, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Shipping charges are non-refundable on returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout.

How can I request a return?

You just have to request the return online and we take care of the rest.

The cost of the return is 25 lei.

How long do you deliver?

We know what it means to wait for your much-desired order, so we do everything we can to ship your order as quickly as possible.

The average delivery time is 24 - 48 working hours, but there are also exceptions :

- PRE-ORDER products: sometimes these products arrive faster, sometimes more difficult in our warehouse, but we always try to send the order as quickly as possible

- Errors from the courier:

It doesn't happen often, but I wish it never did.

Although we want you to receive your order within 24 hours, sometimes there may be some errors on the part of the courier. Unfortunately, we cannot control the situation here, but we are by your side just a phone call away.
